I have been looking is the fix for the blind transfer issue in 1.8.1-rc1?

 I have been looking at the bug reports and based on the related bug 
reports. I can't tell if it was commited before the 1.8.1-rc1 release.
If not what is the best way to get a stable release with the fix in it?
