[asterisk-dev] Caller busy state in IAX2 Protocol returns with hangup ?

Hi !

I am not  getting a busy tone if I called (with only one line, no wait functionality) number which is busy. Instead I am getting a Hang-up message from the server :(
Is it a bug in IAX implementation?
