Actually, I would rather it not go to reviewboard unless a committer is
actively working on reviewing it and working with you toward getting it
merged.

Posting to mantis is sufficient for getting patches in the queue for
review.  Unfortunately, it's just that the queue is very long.  I
apologize for that.
