[asterisk-dev] Queue Hold Time Not Updated on Timeout or Break Out

When a caller exits a queue because the maximum queue time has elapsed or
they press a key on the break out IVR, the average queue hold time is not
updated. Can an option be added to update the average queue time on these
conditions?
