[asterisk-dev] ast_cdr_set_var() doesn't work in 1.4.X

I try to set a new CDR variable with ast_cdr_set_var(). But calling it
seems to show no effect, as the appropriate colum in cdr_custom.csv is
empty (""). After adding some debug output it seems the cdr object with
my new variable is deleted on hangup and not commited to the cdr written
to CSV file. However, it works with Asterisk 1.2.X. Is there anything
special or new in CDR API???
