[asterisk-dev] ACD with multiple campaigns

I'm not a developer so sorry for my minimal technical know-how or for asking
a potentially obvious question but.

 

Does anyone know of a solution that will allow our virtual ACD make calls on
simultaneous campaigns while dropping them to campaign  assigned sales reps?


 

For example:

Rep A sells Train tickets and calls come from database A

Rep B sells Movie Tickets and calls are from database B

Rep C sells Airline tickets calling from database C

Reps D and E are the same but using database A, B, or C

All the reps are remote and using a virtual call queue

 

Right now we only have 5 reps and 3 campaigns but we hope to max out at 20
reps and 8 or so campaigns.
