[asterisk-dev] h extension not considered within a macro for Asterisk 1.6.0.6 and later

That was a bug, but AFAIK it's fixed. Search the bugtracker and you'll
find the bug, it's a recent one.
Sorry, I don't remember the bugid right now :)
