Yes.

Since it hasn't been merged into trunk yet, let's start by keeping it
off of the bug tracker.  If you have an issue discuss, just bring it up
on the mailing list.  If the issues become unmanageable, we can start
using the issue tracker.

I have the review and merging of CEL scheduled to be done before we
branch off for 1.6.4.
