The Event Package "Dialog" per RFC4235 does not specify any purpose tag
whatsoever. I frankly do not know where snom got this parameter from, it
might be something proprietary like the Broadsoft "as-feature-event"
Package. Afaik call-completion procedures are currently worked on in
draft-ietf-bliss-call-completion and have not yet reached RFC state.
