Bugs should be filed on the issue tracker at http://issues.asterisk.org in order 
to be tracked. Issues brought up on the mailing list typically get lost.

I'd suggest you search the issue tracker for similar / duplicate issues to make 
sure it has either not already been fixed in an upcoming release (i.e. in the 
latest branch changes), or has already been submitted by someone else. (Be sure 
you search for closed issues as well, since if the issue has already been 
resolved, it won't show up in your search as closed issues are hidden by default.)

If you can't find the issue, then please submit a detailed description of the 
issue, and how to reproduce it. If it was working in a previous version, please 
state which version it was working in, and the first non-working version beyond 
that so we can narrow down to when the regression happened.
