[asterisk-dev] New AGI manager command: PlaySound

Hi to all.

If i'm wrong, please correct me but i think that it doesn't exists an
AGI manager command to play a sound (or an audio file) on a specific
channel.

Why?
Is there some specific reason?

I was planning to write a PlaySound command for manager, based on the
apps/app_senddtmf.c code and the app_playback.c code.

What do you think about that?
