In that document it says:
  >Matching logic on inbound calls:
  >First match on username for type=user and type=friend objects
  >Then match on ip/port on type=peer objects


If a request matches a "user", but fails authentication, will it
then continue to match a "peer"?

Or will we have to wait for type "trunk" to force a macth on an
IP first and ignore any user that it may have matched?
