Greetings,

I would like some comments on how chan_sip handles media offers during
reinvites.  This is related to bug 13569[1].  Specifically, when
asterisk performs a reinvite, if one of the UAs responds to the INVITE
message with a modified media offer, asterisk does not forward this
information to the other UA.  This can lead to the other UA sending the
wrong codec.
