[asterisk-dev] Request for Testing: Auto-register realtime contexts

I'm requesting a test from anyone who uses realtime extensions in their dialplan 
so this issue can be moved forward. It has sat in an open state for a while now 
and I believe it may not have been tested due to people not having noticed it.
