[asterisk-dev] DeadAgi application issue

Hello,

We use this patch for 1.4.21.2, not sure if it's applicable for you or
not, but it does the job for us:

wget http://download.vicidial.com/conf/res_agi_defunct.patch
patch -p1 < res_agi_defunct.patch
         File to patch: res/res_agi.c
