[asterisk-dev] CDR Problem Proposals

This idea would fit in nicely with the original design of asterisk itself.  The blank canvas analogy.  CDR is just another tool to paint your picture lol.  Otherwise, CDR would be like clip art..and we'd have to cut and paste and modify the hell out of it.  :)
