[asterisk-dev] BLF patch (perhaps) needs to be put into tree

Can someone have a closer look at this bug with patch:

It would seem that there is some code ready to be committed to source
tree that fixes a fairly significant problem with line status indication
(BLF) on all models of phones.

We have seen more or less the same problem on all of our 1.4.19 systems
but would like to see this as an "official" fix rather than patching
production systems with the supplied post.
