[asterisk-dev] Attended transfers in queue_log

Hi,
To keep compatibility with QueueMetrics and the like, I'd propose that the
queue_log log entry should be TRANSFER for either blind or attended
transfer.  Add an additional parameter at the end of the line to say
"attended" or "blind".  99% sure QueueMetrics will accept either line as a
transfer.  Then later they can distinguish if they need to.
