[asterisk-dev] AGI starts to hang after update

I'm running 1.4.21-rc2 on SUSE calling Perl based AGI scripts and I do
not see any <defunct> processes.

I'm using 'ps auwx' to list the processes which I assume would show them
if I understand what you are describing.
