[asterisk-dev] JB+transcode on the same box

Just found a note regarding the astering does not 
transcode+jitterbuffering on the same box, that would be 
good to know if the issue of inability to do both tasks on 
the same box really exists. Btw - it should address either 
any transcoding or none of.
