[asterisk-dev] Asterisk 1.6, SIP 484 going to invalid extension

Hello,

I have noticed that in Asterisk 1.6 if I'm Dialing to a SIP channel that
returns 484 "Incomplete", Asterisk jumps to the invalid priority and not
to the n+1 priority. Other SIP codes (like 404) are going to n+1
priority as I was expecting.

Is this feature or a bug? :)
