[asterisk-dev] 2 sip listening sockets

found out that you cant make sipsock_read function to listen to multiple
sockets. So i just made a another function which reads from a different
socket and that socket is bound to a different port. Now my asterisk is
listening on 2 different sip ports. Yeaaaaaee.
