[asterisk-dev] Navigating Voice Mail

You must understand this is a hardware/software solution called the Linksys Voice System.

These are typically very small installations under 15 users, many 5 or less. It is a plug and play solution. Simplicity over features...

The only real limitation I see for these small setups is the VM-Email feature. This is being developed first to support SPA400 as there are several 1000 installations out there and are looking to add the feature to our add-on Call Manager that runs on the desktop systems that use the LVS.

Out problem is not getting a solution to deliver VM-Email, but creating a solution based on the LVS400

Probably better to move this thread to the user list.

But... Why not simply replace this SPA400 with a real asterisk box which will
give you all the flexibility. Checkout Asterisk-nox which now is built around
freePBX.

The problem with this is that I am waiting for Cisco to develop this features and who know if that will even happen. Since it is Asterisk, it is most likely already done, they just need to implement the feature and deploy to their systems.
