[asterisk-dev] Asterisk 1.4.19 and Asterisk-addons 1.6.0-beta3 Released

I'd like to get rid of any editor and set MAKEOPTS from non-interactive 
script. This was possible before (for my needs), but is not possible now. No 
way to overwrite MENUSELECT_CODECS=codec_ilbc...
