Thanks for letting me know.  This has be sufficiently concerned so I'd like to
try to find out what the issue is.  I'll try to replicate it when I have time,
as well.

And, at the risk of the same problem being in 1.4, I'd like to delay the release
of 1.4.12 another week or two unless I get a lot of feedback explicitly saying
that people are running the latest 1.4 code without problems with heavy IAX2 usage.
