As I said in my note, LINK'ed is the event to look for when a channel is
bridged together.  I'll provide you an example PHP AMI code to show how I
handle the different events for a predictive dialer (I'll email off-list).
But really, you should think about either e-mailing me directly if you have
other questions or taking the question to the USER group (not the
development group).
