[asterisk-dev] debug option inconsistencies

It looks like in the current trunk different modules use different convention how to turn debug on/off
>core set debug 100
>sip set debug on
>rtp debug
>udptl debug
That is not very good really - you never remember if given module wants "set" or not, whether it wants "on" or not.
Obviously I could create a patch to fix everything, but are there any guidelines how all new modules should work?
