[asterisk-dev] trunk working under windows!

I also didn't say i was going to use it on windows myself, i don't trust 
it at all, and there is no hardware support yet.
But i'm sure that people who have no linux experience at all would go 
crazy if they have to learn both asterisk and linux at the same time, 
they can now give asterisk a try, see if they like what it can do, and 
then, when they want to actually use it, go for a linux machine.
