Ok, now I've understand what it need for. I'll work on this bounty and
try to make patch to the end of week. Also after review code of
musiconhold I have several questions:
1. There is option 'digit' for musiconhold sections, should it work for
realtime MoH also?
2. Also 'rtcache' option need as I seen for caching records that already
get from DB?
