[asterisk-dev] Session timer and PRACK

Asterisk can *handle* an inbound RE-INVITE that the UAC may have sent to
refresh the session. However, Asterisk currently doesn't support originating
session timer refresh requests.

Asterisk currently does not support PRACK and therefore PRACK (100rel)
feature negotiation will fail.
