It also has changes that have been made/integrated into trunk
separately.


Asterisk thinks the device is registered, but the device
dis-agrees (no lines setup).

I remembered I had a license for CIPC and it uses the same
message/firmware format as the new 79X1 phones, so I'll give
it a look to see what is still missing.
