COOL!  I was poking a little with hold today and spotted
some issues to fix up.  It should be possible to have
multiple calls on hold and use the navigation keys
to select a call, as well if you are on a call and a
new call comes in, you should be able to press 'Answer'
and the current call is placed on hold.
