[asterisk-dev] Increasing AST_PBX_MAX_STACK

Hello Wolfgang!

As I wrote, VoiceOne does *NOT* need more than 5 nested includes, so I
think that we run into an Asterisk bug. Maybe it was never reproduced
so far because it's not very common to have more than 100 contexts
included.
