Agent/1, can map to any device. A device is considered ANY entry on
sip.conf, iax.conf, zapata.conf etc. So, someone with a SIP device
registered as "xuser" can enter the system dialing some number and
register itself as Agent/1, so when you Dial(Agent/1) the true bridge
will be made with SIP/xuser-blah. So, any attempt to use Bridge dial
plan application or manager action with channel Agent/1, will fail,
because the Agent./1 channel not properly exists and is not returned
with ast_get_channel_by_name_locked().
