No, I have the Quad E1s from Digium.

What happened is that a call came in, I got the ringing on my phone
and when I took it there was no sound, while the other side I never
answered it and that it kept ringing for it. 

Higher management has pushed me back to 1.2 for Asterisk so I can't
wait for it to happen again.
