Have a look at Minisip, it's a SIP UA with IPv6 support. IPv6 signaling 
  is enabled by default if detected by configure. Support for IPv6 media 
transport and ANAT is almost finished.

Do you know any SIP UA supporting ANAT (RFC 4091 and 4092)?
