This is with an AGI script dialing. But if I dial it from the INTERNAL
context, it works just fine.

I'm working on fixing it, but if anyone has any ideas while I'm trouble
shooting it I would love to hear. Sorry about posting here, but I doubt the
Asterisk Users group has seen this issue.
