[asterisk-dev] ZAPTEL in trunk - bug/hardcoded d-chan in zaptel?
E1-T1 issue.

To follow - don't just say - "wrong timeslot numbering"
or "you have problems with mathematic" - asterisk GAVE me
slots to setup - so I did :)
ztcfg -vvv works as expected and shows proper timeslot - as
setup in zaptel.conf - but asterisk does not. just
complaing that "Channel 24 is reserved for D-channel".
if there is E1 card D-chan for 2nd dynamic span is different
than as in PC with ztdummy only.
