[asterisk-dev] ZAPTEL in trunk - bug/hardcoded d-chan in zaptel? E1-T1 issue.

Funny, I found the following:

If I set zapata to the d-channels the asterisk requests
upon "not-initializing" - it starts than! Seems it's
hardcodedly wants to be first dynamic span to be a T1 and
the 2nd an E1 :) Any other values of d-chan in the
zaptel.conf leading asterisk to fail initializing a PRI
spans.

zaptel.conf

dynamic=eth,eth0/00:15:F2:6B:7F:66/0,24,2 # put the mac of
pippin here
dynamic=eth,eth0/00:15:F2:6B:7F:66/1,30,3 # put the mac of
pippin here

zapata.conf
group = 3
channel => 32-54
channel => 56-84
