Yes, Today i reviewed new Asterisk1.4 beta changlog, same you said.

Does The asterisk1.4 stable version how long to release?

Any idea only add Asteisk1.4 version app_queue to Asteisk1.2 version,
because i think the Asterisk1.2 is stable.
