Hello Roy,

divertingLegInformation2 is already defined in libpri (more than 2 years ago) as Q.SIG message, so you should change
your PRI switchtype option to qsig and change value of ROSE_DIVERTING_LEG_INFORMATION2 in libpri/pri_facility.h to 0x0f
instead of 0x15.
