This POKE seems a bit out of place, not wrong, it just isn't part of the
main call.

This says that the far end hung up after the call had lasted 10.5 mins,
with a 'NORMAL' cause code
I guess you need to look at the other end to see why it sent the
hangup -
anything in the CDR or logfile ?
