[asterisk-dev] Change to PRI called number presentation length between 1.2.10 and 1.2.11?

Hi, we have 3 digit PRI presentation, in 1.2.10 all worked fine, as of
1.2.11 we now have to have 4 digit mapping:
 
Just had a quick search on Mantis and I can't find anything obvious, is
this by design or a bug?
 
Here's the relevant debug that highlights the issue:-
 
Called number is 111, in the call later we see it as 0111
