[asterisk-dev] mISDN_dsp and the poll parameter

In the current cvs from mISDN i've made a fix for the misdn-init script
which adds a dsp_poll parameter which can be set differently to the hfc
poll parameter. If dsp_poll is empty mISDN_dsp will automatically use a
proper value.
