[asterisk-dev] SUGGESTION: Attended and blind transfer in the same digit

Most of the Zap features seem work like the telco service Centrex. 
Centrex was the telco's attempt at providing an outsourced PBX type of 
service.  Phones are analog or ISDN, as are the likes to the telco.
