okay, forget the other postings... i shouldn't answer to things i dont 
know ;)

the new information, "redirect reaoson"  is not in the new created channel.
i cannot try this out, cause i dont use zap, but what happens if you use

exten => _XX.,n,Set(__PRIREDIRECTREASON=NO_REPLY)
 instead of
exten => _XX.,n,Set(PRIREDIRECTREASON=NO_REPLY)

"__" inherits chan_vars.
