Hi,

I posted up a change that gets chan_iax2 to log jitter buffer stats
into the logs regularly during active calls.

Its been very useful to us on various big installs to do post-mortems.
 We've also used the stats to rate routes and even take routes down
automatically.

The patch is simple.
