[asterisk-dev] Asterisk H263+ codec versions passthrough

Playing with Asterisk Video, found that Asterisk passes only 
H261, H263 and H263p(+) codecs, but there are much more of 
them in H263 family, including High bitrate CIF, etc. So 
while Asterisk does not manage the Video RTP stream, how to 
unbind from the Asterisk builtin simple H263P limitation? 
Since quality of the video just awful foth either H263 or 
H263P, but while comminicating from XTEN EYEBEAN<->XTEN 
EYEBEAM directly is just fine? Can anyone can help me 
finding patch or so to enable more H263 capability?
