Looking at the patch, I see that the prtotype of a number of non-static
functions has changes. 

Specifically: in pbx.c:

  ast_pbx_outgoing_exten
  ast_pbx_outgoing_app

(Both functions were added an "account" parameter)

Is this not the kind of change that can break external apps?
