I don't think that would be as useful. I am sure there are a fair number
of people here that understood the charter of this list when they signed
up and they haven't veered much from it. 

I'd hate to have a good new developer get put off by being second
guessed on their initial post. The noise isn't that bad and I don't
remember seeing any repeat offenders, but I have short memory for people
who annoy me.
